MTE Corp, a global leader in power quality solutions, will exhibit at EASA 2025 taking place July 20 – 22 in Nashville, Tennessee.   The Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention center will host this year’s annual convention of the electrical apparatus service and repair industry.    MTE will be exhibiting in booth # 248.

If your system utilizes VFDs and you frequently experience things like drive tripping, cable heating, motor noise and overheating, or motor bearing damage like pitting, frosting or fluting, the solution may be electrical not mechanical. MTE’s Nexus family is designed to help protect your motors from damage caused by VFDs.  Our Sinewave Nexus® and microNexus® solutions protect motors from VFD-induced damage without the need for common mode chokes, inductive absorbers or shaft grounding rings.

At EASA 2025, attendees will have the opportunity to interact with MTE’s live microNexus® demo that includes an operating motor controlled by a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), with our microNexus® motor protection filter wired into the system.  Using an oscilloscope, attendees will be able to visually see the actual voltage waveform created by a VFD going direct to the motor, and how that waveform changes to a nearly perfect sinusoidal waveform when the microNexus® is added into the system.

Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to experience our interactive demo that provides a look at simulated system scenarios, for both our load side motor protection, as well as line side power quality, solutions.  The demo allows users to simulate their system by choosing varying power line lengths along with different MTE product solutions.  This will allow users to understand how each of MTE’s products could improve power quality in their own systems, by seeing the change of the electrical waveform when our solutions are added in.  Maintaining power quality improves energy efficiency in your system and can help you avoid downtime, lower costs, and achieve greater productivity.

We look forward to seeing you at booth #248 at EASA 2025 and starting a discussion about how MTE can help you protect your motors from premature repair or replacement!

See you in Nashville!
