TEAL Electronics launches turnkey, customizable PowerRAX™ Solution for power test equipment in the Aerospace and Defense Industries

(NYSE MKT: SLI), is introducing the new PowerRAX™ specifically for use in demanding applications in the Aerospace and Defense (A&D) industries. TEAL is one of the fastest growing providers of power protection for test equipment and integrated subsystems for the A&D industries including the simulator market. TEAL’s PowerRAX™ is a single supplier Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) cabinet solution. A&D engineers can configure the cabinet specifications based on their site and unique requirements. TEAL’s engineering team assembles pre-wires, tests the PowerRAX™ systems and delivers it with all the required documentation. This eliminates the need to search and specify multiple parts and services from various suppliers, saving time and money for the A&D engineers.
The PowerRAX™ is specially designed to minimize power variances due to power transients, ensuring consistent operation and reducing failures. This results in increased system reliability, prevention against damage, and reduction of waste. Customers can choose from a selection of COTS rack systems and feature options, including Power Conditioning and Distribution Unit (PCDU) power levels that range from 3.5kVA 1-Phase to 30kVA 3-Phase models. All PowerRAX™ systems can be modified to provide customized input and output interfaces. Customers can also configure shelves, drawers, and standard power distribution options.
